Hi there! My name is Deekshita Dirisinala, but you can call me Dee Dee. To be honest, my mind is always racing with thoughts and ideas - it's hard for me to focus on just one thing! But one thing I've always loved is books. There's something magical about them - they're filled with endless possibilities and new worlds to explore. Ever since I was little, I've dreamed of writing a book as popular as Harry Potter or Percy Jackson. But with my scattered mind, I've concluded that writing short stories on a blog might be a good place to start. Who knows, with enough practice, maybe I'll be able to write a bestseller like The Hunger Games someday!


Another unexpected passion of mine is history. I know it might seem strange for someone who loves books and writing to be interested in history, but I think of it as just another type of story. It's a never-ending tale filled with battles, triumphs, and heartbreaks. By studying history, we can see patterns and learn from our mistakes.


So, in this blog of mine, I'll be writing about all sorts of things - anything that piques my interest. I can't promise that it will always be cohesive, but I can promise that it will be interesting. Temple Of The First Sun: Chapter 1

  Chapter 1 The chill ran up my spine, whirling me around to a window overflowing with summer. I shake off the nerves and turn back to the most important work of my life. I scanned my closet for what felt like the thousandth time before finally settling on a sleek black dress that hit just above my knees. I quickly grabbed a turquoise headband, a pair of navy jeans to go with it, and a puffy jacket to protect me from the frigid 20-degree weather outside.
